The reason this division came about is that our clients requested our “project management”, control, monitoring and assurance that the correct quantities and dispatched items conformed to the placed order. This independent audit held the transporter accountable for in transit losses and supported insurance claims while also ensuring that no site delays were caused by dispatching errors. In time this lead to GCI Services sourcing and suppling these materials to our other valued African customers.
